RAIN DANCE--

Chained me, sold me,

These four walls so cramp and hold me

Gray above me

Sends his sons to say they love me

Don't they fear me?

Sounds of little droplets cheer me

Soothe me, call me,

Random rhythm does enthrall me

Pouring, pounding,

Nature's drum roll keeps on sounding

Beating, calling,

My resistance keeps on falling

Roaring lightning

Ignorance says it is fright'ning

Feeling, needing,

In me happiness is seeding

Heaven's creatures

Gray sky covers up their features

Cannot replace

Happiness when they hit my face

Pitter, patter,

Day or night, it doesn't matter

Hear my laughter

Echo 'til the morning after

Will not lose you

Know that I will not abuse you

I implore you

Please don't leave me, I adore you

Cannot hate you

Know that I appreciate you

Weep about you

Will not be complete without you

Sky's gift ended

All the droplets have descended

Gray is finished

Happiness too soon diminished

Somewhere, someday

Happiness will come the same way

Time to say 'bye

To the water in the gray sky.
